How do we use these trays?  We use a scooping dish to scoop crawfish in them (aka into the crawfish platter).  They make it easier for you to eat the crawfish, because your plate has plenty of room.  Use one side to store your crawfish shells.  The platters can also hold about 7 pounds of crawfish at a time!
